Our program utilizes frequent bedside rounding on high acuity patients for optimal healing and reduction of skin breakdown.

We work closely with case management to know the patient’s overall plan of care needs to support the facility’s treatment plan and quality patient care. We educate on new admission skin assessments to capture skin breakdown as present on admission. Our wound care program uses the wound care product formulary of each facility as a reference for cost efficient care.
